We have once again partnered with our good friends at TruBee Honey Farm in Arrington, TN who fill our empty Belle Meade Bourbon barrels with local wildflower honey and allow it to age in order to produce a Barrel-Aged Honey—some of the finest nectar around. Once the TruBee process is complete, we take the "honey barrels" back and fill them with our proprietary blend to finish for an additional 6-8 months. The result is one of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery’s most celebrated creations: Belle Meade Bourbon Honey Cask Finish. Perfection!
