This is a small-batch straight wheat whiskey aged in a charred new American oak barrel for over 2 years. The sweetness of the wheat is perfectly balanced by the vanilla and oak characteristics from the barrel. The star of this spirit - wheat- is planted in the Midwest each fall and left in the dormant field all winter.
