I’ve ordered a couple times now and spread the word to everyone I know that Tony is the best. I know serval people have ordered through them and all had great experiences…even keeping us in “the know” about updates on shortages, new products, etc.
This was the first time I received a package that was damaged (2 out of 12 in case). Typical mindset…oh great, here we go…I opened the box a day late…so I took a picture because there was some staining on the box…how big of a fight am I going to have to put up? Will I now have to order from a new company? I told all my friends this is the real deal, do I have to tell everyone…All the standard thoughts.
I texted Tony, on a Friday evening none the less…an immediate response…”can’t apologize enough and two bottles will be sent first thing tomorrow.”

Honestly, that’s all I want. I don’t care if a shipment gets delayed or there is an issue…it’s all about making the real problems right. No has control over the shipping process or anything after it leaves your warehouse.
